Hotronic® has been named as the “best overall” foot warmer in media outlets like REI Co-op, Travel + Leisure, and Men’s Health.

With an objective to increase awareness for the Hotronic brand, promote various products, and drive purchases — DC Creative Studio was asked to develop a digital marketing campaign and the results were exceptional.

Hotronic’s digital campaign was featured through the On The Snow mobile app and website, which provides users with snow reports of their favorite ski resorts, travel tips, and firsthand reviews of trail conditions.

Brand awareness was creatively developed through bold colors, weather related messaging, and high quality ski photography. This design approach was applied to a series of online advertisements that would run for two seasons, during the coldest months.

DC Creative Studio explored various messaging ideas to position the brand to an audience of outdoor ski and snowboard enthusiasts throughout North American ski resorts. Originally contracted for 2-3 designs, the breadth of ideas presented inspired Hotronic to contract a larger campaign with 7 different animated high impact ads (5 shown above).

Results from On The Snow App reported outstanding performance noting, “Creative and weather messaging is resonating with the On The Snow audience and performing exceptionally well.”

A 425% increase in website traffic was also reported with the driving force from the campaign.
